Structure before aesthetics

A sound label starts with exact dimensions, materials, application and print technology. Deferring those questions creates expensive corrections, new dies and wasted production later.

One label usually becomes a system

A product range needs rules for what stays fixed and what changes: colour, name, size, language, barcode and mandatory copy. A good matrix makes every future variation faster and safer.

What the fee should include

Allow for concept direction, final layout, production-ready artwork, source checks and communication with the printer. Visualisation, copywriting, translation, compliance and large variant sets are separate workstreams.

Protecting the budget

Define deliverables, variants and responsibilities in advance. Share the packaging specification and printer contact. The least expensive label is the one you do not rebuild three months later.
